Hello all,

I'll be sending out my N-400 application soon and I'm hoping to get a second set of eyes to make sure I'm doing this correctly.

The application is on the basis of my marriage to USC in Jan 2013.

I'm recycling a lot of what I had on hand for Permanent residency application (conditional removal), and just added few things to update.

Thanks!

1. Check for the application fee in the amount of $680

2. A photocopy of both sides of Permanent Resident Card

3. Photocopy of Cover and Signature pages of passport

4. 2 identical color photographs of the applicant

5. N-400 Application Form

Attachments/additional pages:

1. Part 7 Information About Employment

2. Part 8 Time Outside the United States

3. Part 11 Additional Information Question 9 Organization and Groups

4. Part 11 Additional Information Question 29 Criminal History <---- one traffic citation, which was dismissed later

i. Letter of explanation

ii. Original Criminal Record Search 2016

My application eligibility is based on my marriage to a United States Citizen. I include following items as supporting documents:

1. Evidence of US Citizenship of spouse

a. Photocopy of Naturalization Certificate (US Citizen spouse)

2. Certified copy of Marriage Certificate

3. Documents referring to the application and the spouse, as evidence of bona fide marriage

a. Cohabitation

i. Photocopy of driver licenses of both parties with the same residential address

b. Shared insurance and benefits

i. Copy of Health Insurance Card, listed as the spouse of USC

ii. Printout copy of Beneficiary Plan, listed as the beneficiary of USC

iii. Photocopy of Vehicle insurance, jointly listed, since January 2013 to present (7 cards)

iv. Printout copy of Dental Insurance, of USC and applicant as dependent

c. Financial Co-mingling

i. Tax Return Transcript, jointly filed, from year 2015, 2014, 2013

ii. Copy of House Deeds, jointly held

iii. Copy of Vehicle Purchase documents, jointly signed

iv. Letter from Bank of America, listing jointly held accounts

v. Bank Statements listing both parties

1. Credit card

a. 2014 year-end summary

b. 2015 year-end summary

c. statements from March and June 2016

2. Checking account

a. 13 statements from 2013 to 2016 (March, June, September and December from each year)
