:help: i was wondering if one of u guys can help me with somenthing.....well, i send my papers for AOS on march 1/2006, they received on march 03/2006, it had been 14 days since i send it and i haven't got any notice of action yet, i'm worry, cause i don't know if it's normal to them to take that long to send NOA1, can anyone help me.. don't know what to do??????? :help:

**K-1 VISA**

*07.29.05 sent package i-129f to california

*08.02.05 recveived NOA1

*10.17.05 received NOA2

*11.01.05 colombia's embassy received package

*12.05.05 interview date

*12.06.05 recieved VISA

*12.20.05 came to U.S.A!!!!

*12.28.05 applied for a Social Security

*01.05.06 received Social Security card =)

*02.11.06 married....

**AOS**

*03.01.06 sent package for AOS & EAD

*03.03.06 package arrived at unit (Chicago,il 60699)

*03.18.06 NOA1 for AOS & EAD (notice date 03.08.06)

*04.15.06 he had his Biometric taken

*04.17.06 EAD & AOS touched

*05.03.06 AOS touched again & case transfered to CALIFORNIA.

NOAs can take some time to process, especially if there's a lot of them. Some people have seen their waits be over a month! Sit tight and if you get a rather long delay, you can always call USCIS or make an InfoPass appointment to figure out what's going on.

26 January 2005 - Entered US as visitor from Canada.
16 May 2005 - Assembled health package, W2s.
27 June 2005 - Sent package off to Chicago lockbox.
28 June 2005 - Package received at Chicago lockbox.
11 July 2005 - RFE: cheques inappropriately placed.
18 July 2005 - NOA 1: I-485, I-131, I-765 received!
19 July 2005 - NOA 1: I-130 received!
24 August 2005 - Biometrics appointment (Naperville, IL).
25 August 2005 - AOS touched.
29 August 2005 - AP, EAD, I-485 touched.

We sent the AOS and EAD to the lock box in Chcago in late May 2005 they recived it 30 May.Our NOA1 was dated 17 June with appointments for Bio and EAD.We got an appointment for both for 02 August.Everything went good and Yai got her EAD card 10 days later in the mail.We recived our NOA2 for the AOS interview dated 30 January 2006 with an Appontment of 19 April 2006.

You may find this of interest to you "ingjohanna" because I see that you are in Miami as are we! :D

If you could help us what Doc did you use to get your Medical and vaccine done ?We are haveing a hard time with the doc's in the Miami area.PM us. :D Gracias

16/11/04...Receive e-mail from NVC,entering approved petetion into the system and assigned a case #

20/11/04...Receive letter from NVC they have I-129F and assiagned a BNK case #

29/11/04...Turn in DS-230part 1 and check list to US Consulate Thailand.They also asked for 2 photos of Yai at this time.Did not recieve interview date at this time due to person assigning dates left for the day.Will recieve date in the mail,took 1 hour

07/12/04...Yai recieves letter with instrutions about interview from US Consulate with invterview date

24/02/05...Pay Visa fee in Bangkok at Post office

01/03/05...Yai has visa interview

02/03/05...We pick up Visa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

02/06/05...Welcome to the U.S.A.

04/15/06...Offical marriage in U.S.A.(Tax Day) ;) ;)

Everything we have done was without the help of an attorney.We have not had any problems thus far and will not,I believe.

Lovekindness will enable this life and many more to most enjoyable. .^_^.
