We were denied back in October of 2015.

We had to resubmit medicam exam in June 2016 -Done June 6, 2016. We were requested to file an i601 waiver which was sent off and received July 14, 2016. Approved expedite September 16, 2016. Asked to send in passport. Received passport September 22nd. Our case went to refused, ready and now administration processing. Any reason why? Anyone with the same case? Help I am going nuts.... ?

Hi arosjas166,

My husband did the interview November 2015, they told him to wait two weeks for the visa. After two weeks he emailed them and unfortunately told us the ur case put in administrative process. From that time upto now the ceac was saying "administrative processing" last week went to refused "see letter received interview" which is absurd coz they never gave him such letter. They didn't contact us why or we don't know what's going on. Emailed them today and waiting what they say. Confused Montreal embassy.

It's such a disaster. I don't get why we have to go through such a rough process. We are already going through a difficult time why put us through more.

After an approved I 601 , there's final AP...a wk to few wks before issuance of visa

once its I 601 waiver the CEAC will say refused (because visa was refused when told

to apply for waiver)You can do nothing now until they have you informed to pick up PP

with visa....be patient its a privilege not a right
