Time Between Visa Issuance and Visa Delivery 2GO

Hello VJers!

We have our interview in two days, and hope we will be approved. Assuming we are approved, and that we will be picking up the visa at 2GO rather than delivery to personal address, do you know how much time that will save?

Also, so you know how long after the online status is officially "issued" until we can pick it up from 2GO?

I've read on VJ that it could take a couple weeks but also that it's taken just one day.

Your feedback will be helpful. thanks in advance.

If you are picking up your visa at MOA, it can take 3-5 days... as opposed to the possible 7-10 days if you were to have it delivered to your house.

7-10 days after ISSUED the visa is usually available at 2GO, and issued is not the interview. Watch the CEAC website for tracking.

There is no actual answer for this as each application is different.

Visa chase and citizenship.. DONE!

No one knows. Every application is different, it could be the next day it could be two weeks later. All you can do is check CEAC daily for updates.

Every case is different. We have seen days and we have seen months. Like Sagot states just follow your progress in CEAC. Don't quit your work or buy airline tickets until l the visa is in YOUR HANDS.

Thanks to everyone! We were approved and are in CEAC "Ready"- case open status since 4 hours after interview approval. The status update date changed yesterday to the 30th while the CC date is at the same of 29th.

We are hoping to have our visa in hand before the end of next week, about six days from today. Hopefully the status will be Issued on Monday and Thursday we can pick up visa. we still need to get the sticker from CFO, since we already completed the seminar last week.

Not sure if the CO processed our approval or paperwork faster, but she acknowledged that I, the petitioner have been in the phil for 6 straight months now, since the birth of our daughter, and that i will return to the usa asap.

Thanks again and good luck to us all!

My fiance received an email today from 2GO. She was able to pick up her passport today. We received the "Issued" status on the 28th. We elected to pick up the passport at 2GO in Dau, Pampanga. In case anybody was wondering or searching the forums.

Her interview was on the 13th of September. Her medical package was not delivered to the USEM at that time so we had to wait. I believe the medical package was delivered to the USEM on the 15th because CEAC stamped our case on that day with "Administrative Review."
