I understand him perfectly. He believes it doesn't happen enough to make a difference. I disagree. When memory cards can easily be rigged even before they go into a voting machine to give 51% to a particular candidate, the bussing of repeat voters really isn't an issue, is it?

You can disagree, that's fine with me. But you've yet to prove your point that it does happen often and that it is a problem. All of the links you've posted so far, (except for one maybe), show no proof of any voter fraud taking place. Even the one where one person was arrested there was no mention of a conviction.

Where is your proof that memory cards can be easily "rigged"?

Trump has produced zero proof of fraud and continues to be at odds with his surrogates and campaign manager who try to clarify his comments as refering to a corrupt media.
