How did you organize your papers?

On the USCIS website states: "Avoid using heavy-duty staples; instead use ACCO fasteners or heavy clips."

The problem using ACCO fasteners is if I punch hole the papers, some of the writing will be missing since it is so close to the edge of the paper.

Did you guys staple your papers? If not, how did you organize them?

You can aso use heavy binder clips.

Just so you know, though, the first thing USCIS is going to do is take out your papers and two-hole punch them through the top to put in their own organizing system; you may want to reconsider reprinting some of the papers if the text will be cut off.

Being OCD, I placed mine forms into sheet protectors and those sheet protectors in a 3 hole binder. Overkill? You bet, but I did not want to risk a form falling out of a paper clip when they pulled them out of the envelope. I also did not want to risk punching holes in the forms and receiving an RFE. I am aware the throw out the binder and the sheet protectors, but I don't care.
