I am so happy, just got 5 emails from CIS!!!!!!!!!!!! APPROVED!!!!

I nocited that i have too many emails on my blackberry and right away had an idea that it must be from uscis!!!

Thank you all for support and help!!!

P.S. A big thanks to FWAGUYS, he's been my life saver :)

October 23, 2007 - Wedding day

December 10, 2007 - Received letter for biometrics appointment

January 2, 2008 - I-485 transferred to California

January 23, 2008 - AP approved

January 25, 2008 - Case status finally updated: AP approved January 23!

January 31, 2008 - EAD card production ordered

February 2, 2008 - AP arrived in mail

February 5, 2008 - Sending a letter/RFE to CSC

February 5, 2008 - EAD card production ordered (again?!)

February 7, 2008 - RFE/letter arrived at CSC

February 7, 2008 - EAD approval sent

February 9, 2008 - EAD card received, dated January 23rd!

February 25, 2008 - CSC finally acknowledges receiving RFE

February 27, 2008 - I-485 APPROVED!

February 27, 2008 - Online case status: notice mailed welcoming new permanent resident.

March 3, 2008 - Received welcome letter

March 3, 2008 - I-485 approval letter sent

March 6, 2008 - Green card arrived in mail.

November 2009 - Removal of conditions...

Nope we are the same. Ours is only one day faster! We sent our petition on March 6; looks like you sent yours March 7th. 3 weeks!

OH I see! Actually I think we're still pretty much the same. We got our NOA1 on the 9th also, we just got the snail mail on the 15th. See? Exactly the same pretty much. BUT like you said who cares, I'm happy!! hahaha

I'll gladly get rid of my blackberry if it means for him to be with me sooner :yes:

I have no use for blackberry except talking to him from work on one of the websites that is blocked from my work ;) so i told him that once he gets here that new blackberry is his to keep :) he loves those gadgets :)

My cell phone is more than enough for me :P

03/16/03: Met the love of my life

01/24/06: Officially began our relationship

11/01/06: He proposed marriage :)

02/17/07: I-129F Sent to NSC

02/23/07: I-129F NOA1

02/28/07: I-129F NOA2 (found out while checking on-line)

03/02/07: Received hard copy NOA1

03/08/07: Received hard copy NOA2

03/13/07: NVC sent packet to La Habana

03/27/07: Telegram "sent" to fiance to pick up packet 3... never received

04/02/07: I contacted the "embassy" to find out status of case and set up pick up date

04/04/07: Fiance picked up packet 3

04/05/07: I called toll-free # here to set up appointment for my fiancé

05/10/07: Interview scheduled for 7:30AM... Visa Approved!!!!!!!!

05/14/07: Picks up passport/visa and brown sealed envelope

05/15/07: Paperwork for the carta blanca turned in

05/24/07: Carta Blanca received and bought plane ticket

06/04/07: Entry into the US... together again!!!!!!!
