Karen, that's asthma and diabetes, right?

I'm recognizing a lot of the asthma ones, that's for sure.

I am happily managing mine with only diet and a Chinese herbal cough syrup now. Hated those inhalers.

Yes...although the Cymbalta is more for depression it also treats neuropathy (a diabetic condition). I do feel better emotionally when I am on Cymbalta. :D

I agree. YUM!

But I don't know. I think due to the milk/cream content it would end up more like ice milk rather than a popsicle. But we could try it (one for me, one for the popsicle tray, two for me, one for the popsicle tray...)

Oh goodness me too. I love Anthropologie. And cupcakes. These hobbies are not compatible however because the cupcakes are making the Anthropologie items not look so good these days...

haha...I know that problem all too well. :( My food vices are cookies and chocolate. I need to stray from my winter overeating so I can actually fit into the dresses I bought there at their winter sale.

Hey, this is sort of dumb, but I have a great recipe for low-fat cupcake/muffin things. They're freaking delicious and easy and since they're not too terrible in the calories or fat department, you can actually eat them instead of looking at them through bakery glass!

1 box devil food cake mix

1 15 oz can of pumpkin

Mix these two (and only these two!) ingredients together. Will be very, very thick and gloopy (and very hard to scoop into cupcake tins). Use paper liners - will make 12 large cupcakes or 24 mini cupcakes. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. They're the moistest things you'll taste ever, and you don't notice the pumpkin at all. :D 180 cals, 3.5 g fat each.
