No pills for me. I go to the gym or swim laps when I am stressed. With just me and the water I calm down.

Dang! Can you pass your willpower over here to me please?!!!!

My drugs of choice during this process have been alcohol and yummy food ..... but since I want my wedding dress (and cute spring/summer clothes that I will hopefully get to start wearing soob) to look good, those drugs are out for now :(
