I-864 A number?

I remember the A-number being on one of the NOA's when I did a k-1 visa long ago but I am not seeing an A number anywhere in my CR-1 documentation and NOA's so far. Is there an A number given to CR-1 applicants or is this just relevant to the K-1 visa? (I am not doing the K-3 either).

Part 1. If you (the sponsor) have had an 'A' number in the past yet do not remember it, it is acceptable to put 'UNKOWN'. This is you personally.........not the 'A' number assigned to the person one petitions. An 'A' number is only assigned to an alien. So unless you have immigrated to the US in the past you will not have one and it would be 'NONE' as the USC sponsor.

Part 3. If an 'A' number was not included on the NOA's for the I-130 you can put 'NONE' for the person you are sponsoring. An 'A' number would of been assigned somewhere along the line. I didn't get an 'A' number on the NOA's for I-130 either.
