Hello everyone , i'm new here and i want to have some informations please ,

my fiance and i are about to apply for a k1 visa , she is an american citizen and i'm from morocco , we did meet each other in person two couples times and she plan for another visit in october , and soon as she get back to the us , she will send the package to the uscis

my question is what do i need to translate as papers in this first step and join them to the package before sending it ??

nothing .. you don't need to translate anything at this stage .. as beneficiary all you need to give her is :

- signed form G-325

- signed intent to marry

- 2 US style passport pictures.

focus on the proof together : pics with family and friends and everything you can join to your package.

but what about the birth certificate and the passeport , they are not going to ask for them to be translated in english in that first step ??

No you don't need to submit a birth certificate now. If your fiancée is coming to Morocco then you are not going anywhere so there is no need to submit a copy of your passport. If you both going to another country then you submit a copy of the stamped pages. I think your biographic passport page is already in French, English and Arabic.

As I said if she is coming there you don't need to submit it. As far as I know the only document you should submit the one I listed before. Get as much as evidence and proof you can. Someone for sure will help you out with question.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

Consulate Received : July 30,2014 Transfer to right embassy complete.

Interview Date : Oct 22, 2014

Interview Result : AP , requesting another PC (not expired) and certified divorce decree (was submitted)Stokes interview via phone for petitioner 4 hrs after interview.

Oct 23 email notification visa approved.
Visa Received : Nov. 3 , 2014 VISA IN HAND.

US Entry : Nov. 21, 2014

Marriage : Dec 27, 2014

AOS send : May 12, 2015, received May 14, 2015 USPS priority

Several service requests made, contacted Senator and Ombudsman. Background checks still pending.
July 21, 2017 HOME VISIT.  Went well. Topic thread in AOS forum.
Waiting to skip ROC and get 10 yr GC due to over 2 year while pending AOS
AOS APPROVED Oct. 4, 2017 * Green card in hand Oct 13, 2017 !!!!!

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.

Well, my fiancee had to translate his Birth Certificate. I thought it was standard procedure for all beneficiaries who have their Birth Certificate in a foreign language. I would do some research in the Moroccan Portal to be certain. Good luck!
