We put them all in the same envelope to make sure they get filed together, but separated all pieces by tabs.

Tab 1 was the I-485 with all required documents

Tab 2 was G-325A

Tab 3 was I-693A vaccination suppliment

Tab 4 was application I-765 with all required documents

Tab 5 was my I-864 with all required documents

We bound this together with a large clip and put both checks in a regular envelope bound to the front of the application.

Just make sure you put a cover letter or index in the front that lists all the documents you are sending in the correct order and either put tabs between applications or clip them separately. Send them together to:

Oh, also for the passport photos we clipped them apart, labeled the back with a sharpie, then put a small amount of tape on the back of them and stuck them to a sheet of paper with a headline on top that said something like "Two (2) Passport Photos for XXXXX A# XXXX". Some people put them in ziplock bags, but I wanted to make sure they stayed with our I-485 application.

And make sure you make at least one copy of the entire packet in order before you send it so you can refer back to it.
