When to send documents to the NVC

I think it doesn't matter, AOS fee changes or not, but you should send your package in order to not waste time, so send it ASAP, that will change after Max three days, so your DOC is arriving to NVC takes time too,

this is my own experience and advice

Make sure you have your cover sheet with bar code and list of required documents for you to tick.

Once you have that, you can send.
