Hello! We got our case number from NVC and then I checked our status at Ceac and there was said: "Your case is in transit to the Consular Section. Your interview date was provided to you by the National Visa Center." I am thinking about that interview day...Will they provide an interview day in a letter now or later from beneficiary's embacy in Latvia? I thought she has to call and schedule the interview later when all the documents are ready after Packet 3 and 4...Because we haven't heard about it yet.

NVC won't send a letter with an appointment for interview for a K-1. This is a country specific question so you should ask in the fitting regional subforum. Hopefully someone else from you country can tell you how it works. Some embassies schedule the interview for you, some don't.
