Hi Everyone,

I have question. I submit i-130 for my sister in 2011. My sister has 3 sons. 2 are over 21 and 1 will be over 21 in 3 years. Means when the visa will be available after 10 to 12 years all will be over 21. The question is will all 3 be eligible for visa under F4 category ? If not then how they can come to US ?

Thanks

Zaki

hi

probably not the 2 oldest, but maybe the youngest could

your sister when she comes she has to file for her children, she can file for unmarried children, the wait is over 6 years

they must remain unmarried until your sister becomes a USC, after being a GC holder for 5 years
