Hi my husband is in Guatemala and had his appt on the 6th of Sept, the officer was very nice but my husband thought he didn't have the marriage license in which he did so when he tried to go back they wouldn't let him so he had to go to the nearest cargo express to turn it in his case is now in administrative processing, how long does this normally take, also his passport says picked up??? It said in transit to post then picked up! Does anyone have any light to shed on this, I have 3 babies 2 with health problems and this has been a nightmare

My husband had his interview Sept 6th and had to turn in the marriage license that he didn't realize he already had with him the same day, his status went into AP the 8th of Sept and went to Ready today, but said ready for interview? Is that normal?
