Hi Alll...

I've got lots of questions lately...for our K3 interview we're to bring "Credible Evidence that you were in lawful visa status when last in the US (i.e, that you did not stay beyond the time frame allowed to you", eg plane ticket, letter from employer, bill for personal services received"

My husband was in the US on a visitor's B2 five years ago...he did not overstay but we have nothing to prove that.

Help??

Our timeline...

I-130/CR-1

10/7-12/29/05: NOA 1+2

think we'll adjust in the states...

Yes....you do still have the passport don't you?

I didn't get an exit stamp  only an entry one.

Debbie and Abdol,

There must be something you can think of, such as anything from his place of work....payslips etc. An event that occurred on arrival back to his country of residence where he can show he was in attendance.

Is that the norm for one to show "Credible Evidence that you were in lawful visa status when last in the US" ???

Nope, no exit stamp...that's what I was planning to use until I looked through his passport...I'm going to try to find some kind of pay stub, but it was sooooo long ago... :(

...and the plane ticket is long gone. Can airlines issue some kind record that you flew with them??

He didn't receive an entry stamp when he returned to Europe either.
