hello everyone

so im in a hurry to send my package..i will tomorrow

i just wanted to know what kind of USPS mail did you guys use to send your mail

will the priority or express mail that requires a signature confirmation postpone my mail delivery as the P.O.BOX does not really have a person right there to sign???

I sent my application via USPS priority without signature. It gets there in 2 - 3 days.

8May: DS260 completed

16May: packets scanned in NVC system

13 June: check list : missing page 7 of i864.

25 June : scan date AOS checklist

7 Aug: Case Complete...... BIG ACCOMPLISHMENT

14 Aug: interview date assigned

16 Aug: Email interview appointment received

18 Aug: Medical completed

23 Aug: biometric done,DS260 stamped, fingerprints taken.

10 Sep: interview day; interview took 511 days from I-130 NOA1

I sent mine priority with delivery confirmation and tracking. It was really cheap. I've heard that it is an annoyance to USCIS to have to sign for thousands of individual packages daily and since it is technically a P.O. Box, there is often no one physically there to sign.

i sent via Usps priority with signature confirmation. I was told by the Usps person that in CA they dont have to sign individual packages. even though its PO box, they just need to scan a single code for all packages arrived at that time when a courier goes to collect from there.that will provide signature confirmation. mine should reach tomorrow ,lets see what happens.

From the Guides:

(Use certified mail or priority mail with delivery confirmation, and write "Attention: I-751 petition to remove conditions of status" on the envelope under the address.)

Mine says delivered today with signature confirmation, signed by some E.Barr. Usps priority mail with just delivery confirmation would have worked great too as confirmed by many here! good luck with your i751
