Fiance (K1) vs Marriage (CR1) - Which is higher advantage

Hi, i'm fresh to this topic and would very much needed help from all the veterans in here. I'm pretty clueless as to which I should do and which have a higher percentage of getting Visa approval.

I've met my girlfriend through the introduction of her sister. Her sister lives in the same city as I am. We've spoke through Zalo, Viber before I go back to VN to meet her for the 1st time, and that was over a year ago. I do have my e-itenerary for that trip including pictures that we've took in Da Nang and Saigon as well. Since then, I went back to Vietnam another time just a few months ago. We went back to her home town but I failed to take pictures with her family. We only take pictures of us going out and doing different activities. I regret this decision a lot as I didn't even think about it when I was there.

Obviously I want her here the sooner the better, but I'm not sure which route I should take not knowing which have a higher percentage of getting approved.

Can someone please help advise on which package I should go with and any advise on additional evidence to prove the validity of our relationship given the lack of pictures with her parents. I have read all about the keeping timeline which I will do as well. I'm just not sure what else I should do.

Thank you in advance for all of your help

Since you were introduced to each other through her sister, that may raise a red flag with the consulate in Saigon. She may be asked to provide a family relationship form at the interview and you may be asked to provide more proofs than other normal cases to prove that it was not a fraud engagement or marriage. VN is a high fraud country and the consulate staff is well aware of these cases.

Good luck to you both.

K1 - Quickest.

CR1 - Higher chance of getting approved. The reasoning is that it's difficult for the U.S. government to deny a citizen their right to live together with their wife in the United States.

ha ha ha..

US citizen has the rights to get married to whoever he/she wants.

But immigration to US is a privilege not a right or entitlement.

Done with K1, AOS and ROC

This is a very good point. I did not even think about that. But how else do we go about this of we omit this fact? I am pretty sure they would want to know about her family and mine in details. Somehow, i feel that we will eventually be asked about this. Do you guys have any suggestions or anyone had this experience before?
