can anyone tell me if I need to send copies in my initial petition for K-1 Visa of every blank page in my passport. I've only had one visit out of country to the Philippines so there's only one stamp, so do I need to send them copies of every blank page?

We sent copies of every page including blank ones up until the page with the last stamp (we didn't copy the rest of the blank pages).

But if you send copies of your passport instead of your birth certificate you need to send copies of ALL pages.

Welcome to the forum.

:guides: easily located at the top of the forum page. In particular, the K1 Visa Guide:http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

It all depends on what section of the form you are speaking about, for establishing your US citizenship, the Guide mirrors the Form I-129F instructions:

  1. What Documents Do You Need to Show That You Are a U.S. Citizen?

    1. If you were born in the United States, submit a copy, front and back, of your birth certificate.

    2. If you were naturalized, submit a copy, front and back, of your original Certificate of Naturalization.

    3. If you were born outside the United States and you are a U.S. citizen through your "parent(s)", submit:

      (1) A copy of your original Certificate of Citizenship; or

      (2) Your Form FS-240, Report of Birth Abroad of a United States Citizen.

    4. In place of any of the above, you may submit a copy of your valid, unexpired U.S. passport issued with a validity

period of at least 5 years. You must submit copies of all pages in the passport.

    5. If you do not have any of the above and were born in the United States, see Item 6. of these instructions entitled

What If a Document Is Not Available?

REF: Page 4 of https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-129finstr.pdf

The Guides also speak about the use of passport stamps in the Relationship Documentary portion:

Copies of all airline boarding passes, train passes, itineraries, hotel receipts, passport stamps (make sure you can read the dates on the stamps), and other documentary evidence that you have met within the last two years. You may want to highlight or place post-it notes indicating the dates and locations on the copies (to make the adjudication easier) for the person reviewing your file.

To keep it simple, many folks, including myself, included copies of ALL pages of our USC passport, to satisfy two requirements easily.

YMMV,

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Hello douglasndr.

No, you do not need to submit each blank page of your passport. In my case i just send stamps of my exit out of the country (because i renewed my password upon arrival) and thats it, i didnt even bothered sending my face passport and i got approved. But just in case, send the face with your info and the pages that contain any stamps. Good luck.

Be safe add all pages it's not that much work or that much paper. Then you are covered. Else, follow what the instructions say to do.
