They were apparently his dad's guns. Time will tell but it's looking like this will be just a run of the mill act of domestic violence than an act of terrorism. But the highly patriotic and constitution loving amongst the peanut gallery here are obviously choosing to profile based on race and ethnicity.

Nothing to do with him actually standing in a voting booth. If no one likes what the Poliitico article is talking about, take it up with the framers of the Constitution or challenge it in court. Also sounds like it seems to favor the GOP, so not too much for you to worry about. Both articles are wholly misleading.

The real issue is he was a convicted criminal who may or may not be mentally unstable, and still allowed access to a firearm even though he was barred from doing so legally, and still continued to remain here in the US without being deported.

What are you seeing in his history? All I see is Assault in the 4th degree which is a misdemeanor.

Gun used was a ruger 10/22 it looks like.

Yes, although very early to speculate the exact cause of what is now far from the most recent nationally reported mass shooting here in America I am very comfortable saying Religion and Ethnicity had zero, zip, nada to do with the Cascade Mall Burlington WA incident in which five people were killed.

Less than 72 hours have passed but there have already been several other mass shootings. Pathetic.
