RFE Signature Page

My signature and date was redlined on last page of RFE

My question is it okay to white out the redline and resign and date it?

There isn't much room to resign and date if I leave the redlined signature intact. I could do it above the existing signature all on one line just above the signature box.

You first need to find out why they redlined the first signature and date that you submitted.

I would just print out the page that they need again and sign it correctly after you figure out the reason for them redlining it the first time.

Send both pages back with the RFE.

The date I entered was in the wrong format the one I entered was 7/4/16 It should have been

07/04/2016

Don't alter the RFE. Just sign and date above the signature. Then, complete or print off another "fresh" copy of the signature page and sign it, returning both according to the instructions in the REF. That should satisfy their requirements.

Print out a new page, fill it out, sign it, date it, and send it, along with the original page and the RFE, to the USCIS.
