Hello,

I want to thank all the members that been answering on my previous question, we really appreciate your help!

my Fiancé can't come to my country Morocco for more than a 15 days limit, for work purposes, I read ones the visit period must be a bit long, and we don't know if that period is enough or it should be a bit longer.

can you please help us know what is the shortest period that can make the USCIS prove on us, and if it's only a 15 days or less visit, should we then give a proof of why it was short?

Thank you so much

There is no specific time that means guaranteed denial, or approval. But the longer and the more visits, the better; certainly, one single two week visit is very short in a difficult US embassy like Casablanca.. If she can only come for 2 weeks, then you will have to make do, and try to find as much other bonafide relationship evidence as possible. Another option may be long weekends in a third country, say Mexico if you can get a tourist visa for there, or do one visit now, wait, do a second visit, then file, and a third visit for the interview?

Moroccans can not get tourist visas unless for Euopean countries and then it is hard for them

but a 15 day visit and other visits are good

if she can travel a couple of times is probably better than 1 visit

just make sure she has been to see you within 2 years of your interview

incha allah

you will be ok
