(Japan) Osaka Police Reports (K1 I129F)

I got my NoA2 last week and am looking to complete as many things as possible beforehand while we are in the waiting for NVC to send to Embassy stage. The only remaining things are the medical and police clearance. I've checked the Osaka Police website at https://www.police.pref.osaka.jp/17language/english/01sogo/tetsuzuki/hanreki_1.html and was curious if she could use a printed copy of DS160 + NoA2 to receive her certificates in lieu of an Embassy/NVC letter.

It states, at the bottom:

Official documents that are frequently submitted to the Osaka Prefectural Police Headquarters for application

○　United States of America
　　Obtaining a visa for permanent residency (immigrant) or marriage
→ Documents issued by the Embassy, Consulate, Immigration Office containing an applicant’s name and a case number

Since it says 'Immigration Office' I assume that includes USCIS but I wanted to hear from anyone else with Japanese fiances that maybe have experience with this.

My fiancee is Japanese. She used a copy of the NOA2 and a printout of the DS-160. This was for the Tokyo Police Department.
