I-134 What exactly has to be included. LONDON

So I have filled the form out completely and signed it. but I have one question about the form at the bottom of page 2. it reads;

I acknowledge that I have read "Sponsor and Alien Liability" on page 2 of the instructions for this form, and am aware of my responsibilities as a sponsor under the Social Security Act, as amended, and the Food Stamp Act, as amended.___________

Is the space left blank for me to fill in with a signature or maybe initials ? I am confused because below that it has a space labeled Signature of Sponsor so I know to sign there but not sure what is needed in above blank space following Oath.

In addition I am the sole sponsor for my fiance I am planning on including as proof of income;

-6 months of pay statements

-tax transcripts

I have been trying to get a letter from my employer confirming my employment but I work for a huge corporation and HR is in a remote location and they have an option on or website at work to just print it out ourselves. But it is on regular paper not really like stationary. It just has the company logo in the top right corner. Its not signed either. It just has 1800 phone number to contact HR shared services if there are any further questions ? Is that sufficient ? It does not state I am a "permanent" but that I am full time. Will they accept this? Or can I just skip the employer letter and use my tax transcripts and pay stubs ?

Is there anything else I am missing that needs to be included with this? And can I send this to my fiance via email or does it need to be mailed with a wet signature ? Thanks in advance for assistance.

I have never figured out exactly why that line is there and I have known many versions of Form I-134 that had a random line in that general area. I tend to say ignore it.

You are interviewing in London and I can assure you that your I-134 can get approved with any ONE thing that shows you have 100% of the poverty level--One tax return, recent pay slips, or that online printout from HR. They are not that picky and do not demand any particular way of proving income. It sounds like you have more than enough for your I-134.

Okay, thank you do you know if it has to be a wet signature ? Or can I just scan it with my signature and email it to my fiance ? And just to confirm these is nothing else I need that I am missing?

All forms you fill out and sign should be original and not a scanned image that is turned in. That's just the proper way to approach your immigration process. You have plenty of time to get that to the UK before a likely early December interview. Mail it next week if you're worried about it getting there.
