Hello everyone.

Yes, name and date marriage ended. You will also need to supply information detailing the termination of previous marriages (divorce decree, annulment, death certificate). Check the instructions for the form.

address of my country the place am currently living at?

The I-129F doesn't ask for that. Are you talking about the G-325A, which also doesn't ask for that? The G-325A asks for Applicant's last address outside the United States of more than 1 year, which is not the same thing as what you wrote. If you are the beneficiary and have been at your current address outside the US for more than 1 year, then put your current address. It is not talking about the last one year. They want to know the last address the beneficiary had for at least one year.

Check the instructions again, check the guides. Good luck.
