Case under review

My case got transferred from NBC to Harlingen Texas for processing on day 100. Today marks day 159 so I thought let me call talk to a tier to since I'm still stuck on "fingerprint fee recieved" for over 4months now. I call and I ask them is my case still at Harlingen or has it being transferred to another location? She responded with some conflicting information first she said it was still at NBC then she said my case got transferred to my local office 3days ago... When I questioned her about naming that specific local office to clarify it's at MY local office Norfolk and not another out of state local office she dodged this question. She then told me the local office recieved my case 3days ago and that's it's under review.. When I asked her does "under review" mean it's been assigned to an officer? She then ignored my question and hung up on me... All the tier 2 I have talked to have been super nice and super helpful but this teir 2 was super rude!! My question is what do you think she meant when she said "under review"? May I add my status still says "fingerprint fee recieved" and I am also adjusting from a k1

Have you put in service request for you EAD/AP?? you can do that at day 75.
