Hello everyone,

Our case is complete, we have an interview date, and our packet is ready at the consulate. Any day now we will receive information about the medical examination.

Impatient me wants to know about it now! So, if you've gotten your medical examination in Lagos, would you kindly share your experience?

How much does it cost? Who are the doctors? How fast will my husband receive his medical report after his doctor visit? Does he need to schedule an appointment or can he walk in?

There is no need to call.... let him just go there with his Interview letter, international passport, passport photograph 6 copies and #50,000.

Why are you waiting for embassy. It's not up to them when to get a medical. Ypu have interview bring yoyr interview letter get yoyr 6 passport pics. A copy of biopage if passport N40,000 and up for medical and go.

Like the other poster said Childrens result vack in 2 days Q-life back in 5 days.

You'll be waiting forever. There is nothing the embassy will be sending you. So you need to get prepared and get medical and get things sorted before interview.

The medical clinic knows what he needs.

Just as Medeay & dwheels 76 mentioned you need no appointment as its a walk in. My husband just inquired requirements from The Children's Practice and was told that the fees is 50,000 Naira and to come with international passport, with photocopies of the biographic page, 6 regular size photographs and they attend to medicals for visa between 8 am and 10 am.

These are the phone #s I gave my husband to use to call The Children's Practice: 01-4611941, 01-8930723, 08022235834. I cant remember which one he was able to use that day as the rest was switched off so try all. I will try to ask him when he wakes up.
