He can come and post on VJ, only other option would be for him to move, do not know how that works.

You met the requirements for the 2 year rule for USCIS. The embassy wants to see more frequent visits at least a more recent one and

has discretion to refuse to issue the visa under the circumstances. She should not have said you have to meet within 2 years of the interview,

that is not a requirement but her discretionary preference.

You can re file a K1, attach a multiple filing waiver request with the next petition if you do another K1. Marrying and filing a CR1 would be

better because if that gets refused you have the chance for rebuttal. Not so with a K1, once returned it is allowed to expire and will not be

reviewed.

One very small chance which I do not think will be granted but why not try from the angle of that you indeed meet USCIS requirements and were

given no other reason per 221g or verbally.

Contact your senator and request a second interview immediately, with submitted evidence (NOA1 and printed requirements) that you met the

USCIS filing requirements and that you want to be present if granted a second interview as soon as possible. 1% chance perhaps.

You have nothing to lose for trying.

Otherwise best wishes for a successful re filing.
Remember that the visa journey has to be a priority no matter what and you have to give it all the focus and effort you got or

wait for a more doable time in the future when both of your lives are more stable. You can lose more time and years if you don't give it all you got

and that includes several visits and timely filings and lots of expenses. It takes determination and a made up mind.

So I had my interview today and everything was going good during the interview, at the end the co told me I can't approve this application because you don't meet the requirement ( having met within the last 2 years). I'm still shocked and truly and profoundly upset. I'd like if anyone who went through the same experience or knows any helpful information to comment. We met on March 22 2014 and been together till the 30th, and filed for the k1 on march 18th 2016, nobody told us we had a problem because two years is support to be from the day you applied, but the co told me it should be two years today, 2 years from me meeting my fiancé and the freaking interview!!!!!!!!! I asked if we could appeal she said no you can contact the uscis but they won't respond cause we already made the decision from here. This is crazy! Out of all reasons it just had to be something I didn't even think of!

What is the worse part, this could of been caught at the processing level, before it was passed from US to Casablanca, after all it was at USCIS stateside right at the 2 year cut off.

I also understand the CO side of it too with no further visits since the last and only one and with waiting nearly 2 years before filing looks a bit strange, but there is most likely reasons why

I'm really sorry this has happened to you. Its not the end, you can try again with a K1 after another visit, or get married and file for a CR1

Yes I know.

USC contacts senator and should be on the premises if 2. interview is granted, attaches multiple waiver request if re files.

Visit and file another K1

Or marry.

+1 on this answer and Facetime, Facetime, Facetime. You don't have enough recent time together. I'm sorry this happened to you. There are many similar threads that say the same thing. Proof of relationship is #1 priority in most cases and not seeing each other for 2 1/2 years is probably what caused the denial.

Moroccan usually can not get tourist visa for Canada either

Tunisia takes about 3 days to marry but he has already said they don't have much money for trips

back to back K1 in Morocco / probably denied again

best to marry

but consider all the costs

the trip

the marriage

the filing fee for application/ $420

the visa application fee/ $230

the fee to process the support I 864/ $88

the $165 visa fee

the AOS fee which is now $1070 and going

these are the things you must consider
