Hello everyone,

When my fiance filed our petition last May 2016.

I declared us unemployed in my Form G325A Biographic Information during that time.

My question is, what will I put in DS-160 under current employment status? Should I put "Not Employed" or indicate that I have a part time job that I just got later on? If i indicate a part time job, will it contradict on my Form G325A?

Any help will be appreciated.

I'm assuming you are the petitioner... if so. Why are you filling out a DS160?

I moved your post to the regional forum of Philippines, so experienced members can help you with Packet 3 instructions

Like someone said be truthful. So you are working put down that job as employment. Your making this more complicated then it is. Just follow the instructions to each document and follow the Embassy Letter. Weeks ago I gave you the link plus help from my website.

Since your processing through USEM ask your questions here in the Filipino sub-forum where many of us understand the process.
