1. Can anyone tell me if the packet 3 checklist only pertains to the beneficiary unless it specifies "petitioner"?

2. With the Police certificate(is this same as criminal record check?) do I need finger prints or pictures done as well? If I need finger prints, do I need ink or digital?

HELP! THANKS!

:) No problem, happy to help.

My interview went really well, I definitely was over prepared and had made myself way to nervous!. As long as you have all your paperwork that they ask for, like your police check, your passport, medical, photocopy of your passport picture page, I-134, Your fiancé's letter of intent to marry signed within 30 days, Your long form birth certificate, 2 passport pictures, and the petitioners most recent tax return . And I believe that is all LOL. I had all my evidence of relationship with me and we had already submitted a lot of it with our first forms sent in. So they didn't ask to see any of it, Just asked me some simple questions about how we met and last time I was in the US. My appt was at 9:30am and we left at about 11:15. Overall very good experience, everyone was really nice at the Montreal consulate.
