My lawyer emailed uscis vermint, asking the status, and they replied that my case is under review . So i guess it is not denied . But local office on longlsland might have scheduled an interview which i never got notice for neither my lawyer . Hence the case might have sent back to vermont . Because i did fill a waiver in april with new filling fee ,and they lateron sent my fee back to me . Saying fee not required at this time .

And the supporting documents were kept like divorce summons ect .

So i guess they might send me RFE for final divoce decree. Which i already have .

All the Form I-797 (NOA1) you received from your recent ROC filing is a letter from USCIS acknowledging receipt of your latest application and evidence, and the letter also serves as a 1-year extension on your conditional resident status. You should carefully read this notice and any other notice/document that you may receive from USCIS. I suspect that no where on the letter does it mention anything about your application being processed.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

It never aays the the application is being processed. It says wait for your biometric appointment.

Yep, standard Form I-797 Notice sent to all ROC applicants. Next, they will likely send you a Form I-797c ASC Appointment Notice for them to obtain your biometrics, then wait.............

Be sure that USCIS and USPS have your current, correct mailing address.

So . I think . After my previoys I751 denial and like theybsaid i have to see the judge . But never got any notice to appear.

I guess once they have accepted my new waiver application and have sent me the notice of recipt . It looks like it is a possitive sign ?

Refer to first response for same/similar question as above... Suggest that you make another Infopass appointment in a little while to check on you and your applications status with USCIS.
