Hello, I just sent my AOS application and I found out I did not send any 2x2 photos with the application. My main concern is, after my wife and I got married, I decided to go back to school and quit my full-time job so that I can find a better and secure job to support my family. In my application, I also have form I864A whom my brother is working full-time and making at least $29,000 a year. I will probably find a part-time aside from going to school but I receive Unemployment and will also receive about $370/week from Trade ReAdjustment (TRA) while going to school full-time. Can someone tell me if I will have some issues getting my wife's AOS approved? Thanks in advance!

If you did not send the required passport photos, then you will most likely get an RFE for them.

If you and your brother reside together and have enough income between you to meet the requirement for your household size as indicated on your I-864 , then you should not have a problem with the affidavit of support. However, I do not know what you filled out, what was sent, etc., so really I am just guessing based on your vague information.
