My husband was told to go to the hospital to get them I'm guessing in the records dept

He also found out it's going to be the same price with or without vacinnes

Hi Jennifer! Thanks for your response. To clarify, are you saying that it is going to be the same price to obtain the old record of vaccines as it will be to go to interview and have to get them done all over again?

Which vaccines are "required.?"

Yeah that's what they told him but at least with the records it will save him from a few shots lol. The website says something completely different than what they told him but there are 2 different places to get the medical done in dr both in Santa domingio. I'm not sure of the shots he will need hopefully soon we can have him do his medical we are waiting for the results from his application. We did dcf. I will also get you the info for the passport place in azua he has the receipt somewhere.

No problem but where ever your husband got his shots that's where he needs to get the records for them I'm assuming hospital because that's where I husband must get his

The second place is the medical that he called they told him 268 I believe
