visa interview date

HI all
I have sent my all documents to NVC today ( 09/15 / 2016 ) they should have it by tomorrow . My question is when will be the likely interview date . On their website it says they set appointments within 60 days of receiving all the documents , that means the interview date will be close to November 15 ? or that is the day they will decide the future date ?
Please help

Also what is requirement to eligible for expedite the proccess .

It's difficult to say when you will receive an interview date; it depends on your country. NVC usually schedules the interview within 60 days of your case being reviewed and completed. It usually takes 30 days for NVC to review cases. You can look at the case complete to interview spreadsheet (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1xbLl_8yDgHLeDaLnTrPdYc44J0sjPSFfYCKxlKx6uTY/edit?pref=2&pli=1#gid=0) to get an idea of how long you would have to wait.

Anyone can request for an expedite; whether or not NVC and your embassy will accept is another matter. Usually they accept those with medical emergencies, humanitarian reasons, or great hardship.

It will take 60 days to review your case upon receiving it. After they completed the case, they will forward to the embassy and this is where they will look for the available slots for interview. Interview dates are schedule one month ahead of the time they make the time consulate get the paperworks. For example on your case, they will finish the case around november, and they will look for that slot if there is an available for December. If December is full you get slot to the January date.
