I am not from Philippines, but I have entered through SFO several times, always as a tourist. The one time when I was sent to secondary (where K-1s are likely to be processed), they were really nice and professional there. Good luck!

My fiancee just came in thru SFO last night. Everything was easy. I think only the east coasters are hassled a bit. San Francisco has the largest Filipino population in the United States so I think everyone in San Francisco knows more than a few filipinos. Just at the airport, i was the only white american there. I felt almost like i was in philippines for a moment. I think the POE that people have the most problems with is Atlanta, GA But not 100% sure. SFO is probably the easiest. My fiancee (with k-1 visa) says the guy never looked at the visa and only asked how long she was going to stay (she said forever) That was pretty much it. Good luck
