The latest version of the form i-751 is soo not concise and vague in instructions. It says you don't need your Spouse's signature or details if you are divorced and at the same time says, if the form is not fully completed the application may be denied. Now I'm super confused, do I still have to provide my ex spouse's information in Part 4 and Part 8 or leave those section blank? And whose signature and details goes in Part 8 or should that be left blank?? I've spent the last 2hrs trying to figure out this form and I'm near losing my mind. Any help will be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!! Thanks in advance
