Our Case ha been at NVC for more than 11 months now only in June 2016 they started processing our case , my US husband (70 years old ) got extremely sick and lately he lost consciousness while driving and had an accident , he hospitalized many times before , now he found out that he has"non-diabetic" hypoglycemic attack " as well as blood clot , hypertension and problems in his prostate , so he asked for expediting our case , here is the NVC reply :

Dear Sir/Madam:
The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry regarding the immigrant visa petition: ************* filed by ******************** on behalf of ***************************
The U.S. Embassy Consulate General has accepted this case for expedited processing. This file will be immediately forwarded to the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General.
Any further questions concerning processing or the interview appointment date should be directed to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate General.
The U.S. Embassy or Consulate General may still request additional forms or fees at the time of your interview. Please be prepared to bring any missing forms and pay any required fees at the time of your interview.
Please note that it could take up to two weeks for the consular section to receive the case file once it has shipped from NVC.
Thank you.
Now the question is : does my husband health condition considered a hardship , will the visa be approved to us or not .

Your expedite request was granted. But that does not mean you don't have to do the medical and interview. No one can say if you'll be approved or not but they send it to the embassy and they will also know that it is an expedited case now.

No one can guarantee that you will get visa due to the health reasons...

You could be denied or approved!

OMG , really  I thought that my husband condition was a strong reason for granting the visa.

I am ready for medical and interview , but granting the visa is not 100% grantee , right >

They didn't grant the visa they granted the expedite request.

They can NEVER promise a visa to anybody it is up to the person at the interview.

You will probably be expedited at every step but must pass at your own merit. You also may go into AP as many do....

No one can say until you interview.

You need to provide afidavit at interview if you haven't sent to NVC yet.

Expedite just means your case moves faster; your visa will (still) depend on the strength of the evidence of a bonafide marriage.

What else can be a strong evidence more than pic together in different places here in my country and pic of wedding , pic with my family members + proof of money sending to me regularly , is there anything else ?

Regular communication, joint finances, beneficiaries of insurances and pensions, wills. What did you send with your I-130?

Looking at your timeline, a lot of the delay you have had is because you didn't pay your NVC fees until 10 months after they were invoiced. You could have got through the NVC in a few months and then you wouldn't need to ask for an expedite.

You know how you can tell or have a gut feeling about someone just by talking to them face-to-face?

Well, despite all your evidence, something like that can come into play and determine your fate.

Don't stress about the evidence you have or do not have. Prepare and nail the interview.

Good luck to you!

Thanks a lot , the case now in transit , I know here in the embassy is the toughest part , I went through a painful experience couple of years ago when I applied for a visiting visa , the CO was extremely rude
