Good morning i applied for an i601 waiver on april 18th but i have not heard from nebraska as yet how long do u think they will take to make a ruling on my case ???

My fiance and I have a priority date of May 23, I see they have been approving some January maybe 3 more months as Nebraska is taking 8-10 months approval turnarounds

Different scenario...OP is waiting on I 601 pproval

OP depending on what you are waiving, overstays at times moves quickly

waivable CIMT takes a bit long due to extra checks, it could be 6-12 mths

but no news can be good news

I was charge with smoking cannabis in barbados in 1998 amount one ciggarette and i paid 350 barbados dollars i have gotten many waivers for my o1 and b1 b2 visas already but now i applied for an eb1a green card and they ssy i need a i601 waiver i apply for the waiver from april 18th and im still waiting on nebraska !!! What do you think is my chance of gettin an approval and how long from now ???

You had temp waivers approved before, after they do their thorough check its likely you

will be approved as long as nothing else is found, and it may take a bit more time.
