Hi,

Not sure if this is the right area to post this question. So, my kids are on CR2 (17, 16 and 15 yrs old) as well interview set for next month and medical exam. Just wanted to ask if anybody has had the same experience as mine. They have not enrolled in this school year in the Philippines last June after we got our approval arrived last May. Does anyone know what are the documents I need to prepare for them so they can attend school soon?

Check with the School District's office or their website for additional information. This is a question that is School district inclusive as each school district is different in their requirements. When I did my child it helped that they had a complete history from his school so my wife got a hold of it through his Filipino school and brought it with her.

I work in the public school system and agree with Greenbaum. You will be given a registration packet when you arrive at the front office of your new school. Bring whatever records you can get so the new school will know where to place your kids. Keep in mind that even though they are older, they might need to complete more schooling here to receive a high school diploma (The US is on a Kinder to 12th grade system and the Philippines just changed from K-10 to K-12, so my guess is that it would depend on where your kids are in the transition).
