Hi,

Can someone please advise why some I126F is taking longer than others to get an answer?

I received my NOA1 on June 2, and to date I have not received NAO2 or a RFE yet...I've called a couple time and was told they're still processing, there's nothing wrong with my application.

The waiting can be agony, I know. Ours took forever without any RFEs. It was very tough to see people who got approved after we filed, and they only had to wait a month or so. There is no order, just hold tight and write really long emails, do chats and texts... whatever it takes. It will be worth it!

I think its kind of funny that they actually post this on their website:

Processing Times: Applications are processed by visa preference category in the order they are received. Average processing times for all applications are posted on our Web site. Processing times are an estimate of how long it will take to process your case from start to finish. Each case is different; so some cases may take longer than others to process. If you use your receipt number to check your case status and track the processing of your case, please remember that we will only research your case if it is beyond our current processing times. Processing times are updated monthly, and you can check processing times by visiting www.uscis.gov.
