I-485 for My Husband.

I am legal permanent residence for 5years now. March 2016 completed my five years of being permanent residence. My husband is here on a B2 visitor visa, at a point we decided to apply for change of statue for him. I filed I-130, I-485 and I-765 for him together. The I-485 and I-765 was returned with reasons stating that it was rejected with the filling fee because "Priority Date cannot be established". The statement further says that we are invited to resubmit the application when we have corrected the reason for rejection. Weeks later we received a receipt notice of acceptance of the I-130 and is being processed. The receipt notice has a priority date of June 27, 2016. I am really confused if I can resubmit the application for my husband now that He has priority date?

I have equally filled for my Citizenship since March of 2016. I have gone for Biometric test since May 2016 but has not been called for interview. This month made it exactly 5months I filled for citizenship. The USCIS processing office for my citizenship application (N-400) is Kansas City, Missouri. We reside in Texas.

We really need advice from people's with experience on this type of processes.

Anticipating your responds.

Does the spouse of an LPR qualify to adjust status? I thought only spouses of citizens can adjust.

They qualify for it as long as their I-130 Priority Date is current per the most recent visa bulletin,

True. OP doesn't qualify presently for filing concurrently as an IV number is not available.

IMHO the best solution for the OP case is to wait until her naturalization is complete as she seems close to it.
