Hi, I have been for my K-3 visa interview on September 9th at US Embassy in London, I have checked CEAC and it says issued, I'm just wondering how long it would take for my passport to be returned. I still haven't heard anything from the courier.

Standard is usually 7 to 10 business days, but it may arrive earlier.

For a London interview, it typically goes like this: Once the status changes to "Issued", the embassy turns it over to the courier the next day (possibly two days). You receive an email notification when the courier gets it, and delivery (or pickup) is the following day. So count on 2-3 weekdays for getting the visa once it goes to "Issued".

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

 

Now a US citizen!
