Re-marrying ex spouse after divorce and already sent ROC waiver

My case is actually very crucial and may be confusing.

So my ex spouse and I were very in love but she wanted more and was asking me to invite a third lady so we could have a threesome. I couldn't deal with that request although we love each other so well. Because of that, she treated me with all manner of disrespect regardless of who was there at the moment. She was verbally and very non chalant when it came to our household (we met in college and were together for 4 years but married for 3 years before the divorce). I didn't file my AOS immediately because I felt it was no rush as I still had OPT.

I filed for divorce, it got finalised then I sent a ROC waiver. We will still remained in contact. We do still talk like lovers on the phone or on dates. I really do love her. Now she's been begging and pleading that we get back together and remarry cos she can't spend her future with no one else but me. I actually do love the idea but I am scared those demons will come back again maybe not now perhaps in the future. We did try counselling too but she was adamant on what she wanted.

My question now is, since I do love her and although I feel stupid even thinking of getting back together as in marriage again. Will that have any impact in my removal of conditions or future immigration benefits?

Doesn't make a difference. Your ROC waiver will be judged on its own merits.
