Hi!

You can call them through here : 703-520-2235 ( if your calling from the US ) In my case I used Magic App . If you need the local numbers (from Manila itself) you may find at the website :)

Hi!thanks for the info!i called them earlier through their local number 976 8500.unfortunately, the agent told me that they don't have access on the info if my case has reached the usem already. I'm not sure which other ways i can use to check my file.

May I inquire to the reasoning behind that you wan to know if your case has been received by USEM? Because at this stage you are waiting for the NVC to schedule your interview date and USEM has nothing to do with that process. NVC will be contating you via email with the necessary documents that they require before scheduling your interview. This process can take 30-60 days.

BTW here is a good website for additional information on what to expect for the processing of your IR-1/CR-1 visa: https://immimom.wordpress.com/

Also, here is the Embassy Letter with all the required documents for your interview: http://photos.state.gov/libraries/manila/1178798/Instructions%20Packets/iv-interview-preparation-instructions-english-feb-2016.pdf

and here https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/immigrate/immigrant-process/petition.html

Embassy Manila’s Visa Information and Appointment Service center hotlines are (632) 976-8500, (632) 976-8501 or (632) 976-8502. The call center is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Manila time), except on Philippine and U.S. holidays. Callers in the U.S should call (703) 520-2235 on its Eastern Standard Time equivalent of operation hours.

Sit back, relax, and wait for the NVC to contact you. Your magical day is approaching!

You can either call NVC and ask them if they have already sent your case to Manila, or check on the CEAC website: https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Default.aspx?App=IV

If your status says "in transit" it means that your case has already been sent; "ready" means it's already there. NVC usually doesn't send out your case until about 4wks before your scheduled interview.

Hi guys!thanks for the help ? I actually got the interview schedule for october this week. Maybe i'm just being too anxious to know everything, like knowing where my physical file is and at the same time just too excited to get this over and done with ? Btw, i checked ceac and it's already in transit, then i also tried tracking thru DHL and it showed 7 packages bound to Manila will arrive on Friday (sept. 16). So i'm crossing my fingers,my file is one of them.??

Since your case status is already "in transit" I'm sure it'll get there soon. You just have to be patient... you're almost at the end of the journey ;)
