Petitioner Documents?? What is that?

Hello,

Quick question on the checklist of the cover sheet that the NVC sends. under the supporting documents, it lists: " Petitioner Documents" as an item. Any idea what document that is ? What documents is it referring to?

Unfortunately the cover checklist that came with your welcome package is a generic draft for the list. When I sent my package I check "Not Applicable" and my case was fine. My case for my wife just went to this lately and everything was fine. Call the hotline if you ever have question about the documents. They are helpful to explain to you abouy the items in the list.
