It seems from your posts you have things under control, but if you need any help feel free to message me. My husband and I are going through the CR1 visa process. We're through the USCIS phase (4.5 months) and are now waiting for our paperwork to be transferred to the NVC. It's a long process. I know it's easier said than done, but patience will be key through all of this. Good luck and let me know if I can help.

I know the feeling.....at first it feels like an eternity!!! I've also heard the same thing....it usually takes about 1.5-2 years no matter what country, But have faith....once you start the process time starts going by fast. Good luck!!

Hello All!

My husband and I have been married almost 1 year on the 29th and I've just filed the I-130 for him. Can anyone give me a an idea of how long the process takes? I attempted to look through the numerous posts here but that got exhausting so I decided to just ask! Thanks for all of your help in advance!

ours took about two years only because some things got in the way but roughly like one year
