Okay i have no idea how this works ,Info :- i'm under the age of 21 (so i'm not concerned about aging out of the f2a category )

-my mom's a permanent resident

- the papers and everything are going to be sent during this month "(september)"

Question : How much time will it take for everything to get approved (please tell me about all the stages and how much time they take)?

im petition for my husband under f2a category.

time frame uscis to approve i30 5 month them they will send the file to nvc to be process it will take around 6 weeks to nvc assign a case number.

if you send the application this month you are looking around 1yr and 8month to finish the whole process
