K1 waiver for 2d time same person

Hello ,

I got my k1 on june 10 2016 , I return to my country for family emergency on July after a month..I got the ssn after i left by week ..I couldn't go back to US they told us we have to do the process again..we already did and our noa-1 August 8 ..no approval yet ??

Is it gonna take long??? Im California center

It is going to take the same amount of time as most K1 visas. There is a slight chance that it could take longe because you had a previous case so they may want to investigate further.

You're going to be waiting and doing the whole thing from the beginning just like you did the first time.

For Egypt that's a long time. That's why they tell you not to leave the country with just a k1 visa.

It's one time use only.

You should have filed for emergency Advanced Parole. But it's too late for that now.
