HI everybody I have a question for anybody that can help me, I'm doing the papers for the AOS and I was wondering do I need to send all the form at once?

Yep, all the forms for aos. If you don't want to work or travel outside the us while you're waiting, than you don't need to do the advance parole or Employment authorization forms either.

Yes, you need to send all the required AOS forms at the same time otherwise you most likely will receive an RFE. Read the AOS guide here on VJ for detailed information. Good luck

We didn't do EAD because she needs to learn English before she can work and may take up to a year (or more.) And no AP because we can wait to travel outside of USA. So we only did the I485. Yes! You can save some money by not having to do the rest. Good Luck

Did you come in on a K-1 visa? In order to get the appropriate advice as to what forms to send in, please provide more info about your situation.

I just saw your other posts and you said you came here on a J1 visa. Does your visa have a 2-year home country residence requirement? If it does, then you will have to apply for a waiver of such requirement. If it does not, then you just need to submit the AOS packet + I-130. You also need to send in the medical exam form.
